The San Francisco Marathon is one week away (my third time running this marathon). Though I am in taper mode, I did not do much running this week (not even enough to meet my taper requirements). This week was full of stress and worry that running definitely had to be placed low on my priority list. I did run my hilly course however. This particular loop consisted of a trail that leads up to a spectacular view of Walnut Creek followed by a hilly neighborhood pavement run. Overall I felt good (and no rattlesnakes were spotted on the trail). Today I did a 10k on the dreadmill.
