What can I say? I was born in San Francisco and have lived in the Bay Area ever since.  I am married to an awesome wife. We have two kiddos and three wacky greyhounds.

This is where I go to ramble and post about running, triathlons, technology, and the various things that my family, friends, and I dig.

Get off that couch and put down all that Tofutti! Go for a run, walk, or whatever. There is an endless amount of beauty to soak in the outside world! Immerse yourself!
